Obligatory Requirements for Authors
Manuscript Preparation Authors must prepare manuscripts in accordance with the journal’s formatting standards. Submissions should be typed in clear, concise English, using double spacing and a standard font. Each manuscript must include a title page, abstract, keywords, main text, references, and any supplementary materials such as tables or figures. The title page should contain the full title of the article, the names of all authors, their institutional affiliations, and contact information for the corresponding author.
Abstract and Keywords An abstract of no more than 250 words is required, summarizing the background, methods, results, and conclusions of the study. Authors should provide between three and six keywords that accurately reflect the content of the manuscript and facilitate indexing.
Ethical Considerations All research involving human participants must comply with ethical standards. Authors are required to state that ethical approval was obtained from the relevant institutional review board or ethics committee. Informed consent must be documented for all participants. Studies involving animals must adhere to international guidelines for animal welfare. Authors must also disclose any conflicts of interest and funding sources.
Originality and Plagiarism Manuscripts must represent original work that has not been published elsewhere and is not under consideration by another journal. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their work is free from plagiarism. The journal may use plagiarism detection software to verify originality.
References References must be formatted according to the journal’s prescribed style, typically Vancouver or APA. All sources cited in the text must appear in the reference list, and all references listed must be cited in the text. Authors should ensure accuracy in citations, including correct spelling of author names, titles, and publication details.
Figures and Tables Figures should be submitted in high-resolution format, suitable for reproduction. Tables must be clear, concise, and self-explanatory. Both figures and tables should be numbered consecutively and accompanied by descriptive captions.
Submission Process Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system. Authors should include a cover letter that briefly describes the significance of the work, confirms that the manuscript is original, and declares any conflicts of interest. The cover letter should also identify the corresponding author.
Peer Review All submissions undergo a rigorous peer review process. Manuscripts are evaluated by at least two independent reviewers for scientific quality, originality, and relevance. Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer feedback. The editorial board reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s standards.
Publication Ethics Authors must adhere to the highest standards of publication ethics. This includes transparency in reporting, acknowledgment of all contributors, and disclosure of funding sources. Any attempt to manipulate data, falsify results, or engage in unethical practices will result in rejection and possible reporting to relevant authorities.
